Project Management Business Partner
Location: Filton (Hybrid - approx. 60% onsite)
Contract: Until October 2026 (strong chance of extension)
Hours: 35 per week (flexible across 4.5 days)
Rate: £42.39 per hour (Umbrella) | £31.68 per hour (PAYE). Inside IR35.
The role
You’ll act as a trusted partner to engineering stakeholders, owning workload, resource and financial planning and ensuring robust project and business‑management practices are applied. The role blends project controlling, supplier management, performance insight and stakeholder engagement, with involvement in governance and improvement initiatives.
About you
You’ll bring solid experience in business and/or project management and be comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. You’re confident managing data, suppliers and multiple priorities, communicate well at all levels, and enjoy being hands‑on. Experience in an engineering or technical setting is beneficial but not essential.
