About the Role
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in embedded systems to lead multidisciplinary product development projects from concept through to completion.
This is a client-facing role that requires a balance of technical understanding, strategic planning, and leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery of complex embedded solutions across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end embedded systems projects across varied industry domains
* Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations
* Coordinate hardware, software, and QA teams, balancing technical detail with commercial priorities
* Identify and manage risks, monitor progress, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery
* Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, providing clear communication and regular updates
* Champion continuous improvement of project management processes and development methodologies
About You
* Proven experience managing embedded systems product development projects (e.g., Embedded Linux, microcontrollers/processors, RTOS, hardware/software integration)
* Background in consultancy or multi-project environments
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
* Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are advantageous
* A proactive problem-solver with a strong interest in innovation and emerging technologies
