Role Overview: As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the needs of pupils across a range of abilities. You will play a key role in helping children develop academically, socially, and emotionally, while ensuring that every child has the chance to reach their full potential. As a Primary Teacher, you will: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils. Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development. Uphold high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare. Requirements for Primary Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching across Key Stages in a primary school setting. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum. Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
