I have recently partnered with a company based in London to find a Head of Finance Systems on a 6-9 month FTC. After the FTC, there is a chance you could be offered a full time role. The role is also hybrid with 2 days a week in the office.
As the Head of Finance Systems Manager, you will lead the development of the long-term finance systems strategy, identifying opportunities to transform and modernise the finance function through technology.
Responsibilities are as followed:
* Define and implement the finance systems architecture and strategic roadmap.
* Lead and develop the finance systems team, ensuring their work supports overall business objectives.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX regulations, and industry best practices in finance and technology.
* Oversee the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of finance systems to align with evolving business needs.
They are looking for someone with extensive experience working with EPM technology whilst managing a small team. And understanding of ERP technology is also important.
