What You’ll Be Doing * Identify and reach out to decision-makers at UK brands via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn * Qualify leads based on criteria like industry, size, and digital marketing needs * Conduct discovery calls to explore challenges, goals, and budgets * Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our Digital Growth Strategists * Create detailed briefing notes to support seamless handovers * Collaborate with strategists to shape tailored proposals * Log and track all outreach in our CRM (HubSpot) * Review and optimise your outreach strategy regularly * Work closely with marketing to align outbound efforts with campaigns and content Who We’re Looking For * Previous experience in lead generation or outbound B2B sales * Confident communicator across phone, email, and LinkedIn * Strong interpersonal skills — clear, engaging, and persuasive * Self-starter who is organised, proactive, and thrives with autonomy * Comfortable working to targets in a flexible but structured environment * Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot experience a bonus) * Interest in digital marketing is a plus — but not essential Our Culture We’re proud of our supportive, family-oriented culture, where trust and collaboration come first.
