SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Milk Education is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support children and young people with additional needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a variety of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, and learning difficulties. Support pupils in accessing lessons and engaging positively in the classroom. Help adapt learning materials and differentiate tasks to meet individual needs. Encourage emotional regulation, confidence-building, and positive behaviour. Build trusting and supportive relationships with pupils while maintaining professional boundaries. Work collaboratively with staff to deliver consistent, high-quality support. Requirements: Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (education-based or transferable experience welcomed). A calm, nurturing, and patient approach to supporting learners. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to a range of needs and behaviours. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
