Reporting to the Senior Reactive Engineer, the successful Reactive Fire Engineer will be key to joining the 1FM Fire contract and work permanent night shifts. Focused on reactive works, you will work as part of a team of highly skilled engineers dealing with fire maintenance based at our Pirin Court Depot, E16 4TL.
Reactive Fire Engineer – Responsibilities:
* Responsible for fault maintenance and rectification, including alarms, suppression, and detection systems.
* Ensure all works are completed to a high standard (first-time fix).
* Attend to and rectify daily faults on the 1FM Fire contract.
* Keep the Senior Reactive Engineer updated on issues faced and progress made.
* Practice and promote a safe working environment and culture on site.
* Assist Senior Engineers with scheduling and work allocation.
Who you are:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an engineer to join our expanding team on the Fire contract. The role requires availability for permanent night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off schedule. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fault maintenance and rectification. If you're ready for this challenging role and want to contribute to a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
* Available for permanent night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am, on a 4 nights on, 4 nights off schedule.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Understanding of isolations and faults related to the 1FM Fire contract.
* Proven experience in a reactive maintenance environment.
* Experience working alone or in large teams across single or multiple sites.
