Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) – KS3 SEND Provision Location: East London (E15) Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only Reporting to: Deputy Headteacher / Therapy Lead The Role Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) to join their specialist KS3 provision supporting pupils with additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a therapeutic education environment, delivering specialist speech and language support alongside strong pastoral care. The role focuses on supporting pupils with neurodiversity, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing and supporting pupils’ communication needs, enabling them to engage in learning, develop confidence, and improve their social interaction and emotional expression.
