Senior Finance Business Partner (12-Month FTC) - Fast Moving Consumer Goods

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of short- and long-term business strategies
* Manage and develop a team of three Finance Business Partners
* Manage financial performance across a significant budget, ensuring robust forecasting, effective cost control, and strong return on investment.
* Provide detailed P&L analysis, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
* Support revenue management initiatives through financial modelling and analysis, contributing to pricing and promotional strategy decisions.
* Contribute to innovation and investment planning by developing business cases and evaluating new opportunities.
* Support new product initiatives through financial modelling, performance tracking, and post-launch analysis.
* Lead regular forecasting and reporting processes, delivering clear and concise updates to senior stakeholders.
* Enhance analytical capabilities by improving tools, models, and reporting processes to enable more effective decision-making.
* Communicate financial insights in a clear and actionable way to both finance and non-finance audiences.
About You
* Qualified accountant (CIMA or equivalent) with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
* Proven experience in a commercially focused finance role, ideally within a fast-paced or consumer-driven environment.
* Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
* Confident working with stakeholders across different functions, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
* Clear and effective communicator, able to present complex information in a straightforward way.
* Collaborative mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach.
