Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Lead, located in Stock Green. The Warehouse Lead will oversee shipping and receiving processes, manage inventory control, and coordinate the accurate packing and unloading of goods. Responsibilities also include operating and ensuring proper use of equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and training team members to adhere to best practices in warehouse operations.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes
* Experience in Packing and Unloading tasks
* Strong skills in Inventory Control and organization
* Ability to operate equipment like a Pallet trucks safely
* Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Understanding of workplace safety protocols and compliance
* Previous warehouse supervisory experience is a plus
