Key Responsibilities
1. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle within specialist IT technology markets
2. Building and developing relationships with clients across the UK and Europe
3. Sourcing and engaging high-quality technology candidates using modern sourcing techniques
4. Utilising AI-driven recruitment and automation tools to improve candidate engagement and delivery
5. Managing the interview and offer process between clients and candidates
6. Building long-term networks within your technology niche
7. Contributing to the growth and development of your market and team
What We’re Looking For
8. Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within IT or technology recruitment
9. A proven track record of billing and developing client relationships
10. Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
11. Motivated, ambitious, and career-driven mindset
12. Interest in using modern recruitment technology, AI tools, and automation to improve performance
13. A desire to progress into leadership or management roles as the business grows
