Responsibilities
* Support the Bid Director by searching for new opportunities, coordinating responses, editing and proofreading content.
* Coordinate responses to SQs, PQQs, RFIs and RFQs in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
* Plan bid schedules, deliverables and key milestones; maintain bid tracker, library and proposal templates.
* Conduct portal research to maintain a repository of potential Public Sector prospects with contracts due for renewal.
* Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on time, including updates on agreed personal KPIs.
* Collate, format and proofread written content (technical, commercial and corporate).
* Assist in developing standard responses and reusable content for future bids.
* Maintain version control and consistency across all bid documentation.
* Build strong working relationships with the Sales team.
Qualifications
* 1‑3 years in Telecoms, IT, technology or professional services sector.
* Previous experience in a tender administrator / bid / proposals coordinator or similar role (plus).
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Competent with Microsoft Office packages.
* Familiarity with proposal automation platforms (e.g., Qvidian, Loopio, RFPIO).
* Committed to continual education through workshops, events, certification courses and professional publications.
* Attention to detail, quality and compliance.
