Ideal Nanny: Recognised maternity nurse/newborn care qualifications (e.g., MNT, NEST, or equivalent). Early Childhood Education degree or equivalent. Extensive experience with newborns and early years in private households. Rota Experience Outstanding, checkable references from previous maternity and nanny roles. Warm, discreet, and confident with a proactive and professional attitude. Fluent English required. Previous rota experience is essential. Must hold a British passport or settled status in the UK. Comfortable with international travel. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with your co-nanny to provide seamless, round-the-clock care. Responsible for all aspects of newborn and baby care – including feeding, changing, sleep routines, educational & developmental support, and creating a calm, nurturing environment. Travel internationally with the family as needed. Work harmoniously alongside other household staff.
