At Ragdale Hall Spa, we believe a great guest experience doesn’t end when the sun goes down—and that’s where our Night Receptionist/Cleaner comes in. We’re looking for a proactive, reassuring individual to help ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of our guests throughout the night, while keeping our front-of-house areas spotless and ready for the day ahead. Working closely with our Duty Night Porter, Duty Manager, and Reception team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining security, responding to guest needs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during the quietest hours. If you’re reliable, observant, and ready for a new challenge, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed. Main Duties (Full Training Provided):
1. Cover the reception desk during security checks.
2. Respond to guest queries and requests with professionalism and care.
3. Support Reception and the Duty Manager with overnight operations.
4. Assist with late check-ins, early departures, and guest movements.
5. Keep public areas clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the night.
6. Be fully trained in fire evacuation procedures and lead the team with the Duty Porter during emergencies.
7. Handle incidents calmly and efficiently, following established procedures.
8. Complete nightly reports and handovers for the morning team.
9. Maintain a reassuring presence and uphold Ragdale’s high standards of guest care.
10. Assist Reception with data entry tasks as required.

16. 22.5 hours per week (3 nights one week, 2 the next)
17. 9:45pm – 7:45am
Salary:
18. £13.00 per hour
