About Our Client
My client is a professional services business based in central Southampton and is within walking distance from the train station.
Job Description
As the Front of House Administrator you will be responsible for:
3. Collect and process incoming/outgoing mail, photocopying and scanning
4. Document production - binding, laminating, paginating
5. Stock control and processing of orders for stationery and IT consumables for the office
6. Maintain internal and external office appearance through basic office maintenance
7. Liaise with engineers and contractors when coming on-site
8. Ensure the workplace meets with health & safety compliance procedures
9. Arrangement of conference facilities including audio visual equipment
10. Provision of Reception and Events cover
11. Serve refreshments and food to internal and external clients
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the role you will:
12. Be a good communicator
13. Have good written and verbal skills
14. Have previously worked in a similar role covering front and back office duties
15. Be well presented and professional in your approach
16. Be able to work in the office full time Monday to Friday
