Key Responsibilities
* Report directly to the Directors, providing expert credit guidance and client support.
* Build strong relationships with the sales team, offering clear and approachable assistance.
* Prepare complex or high-value transactions for submission to funding partners.
* Assess and select appropriate funding sources, balancing client needs with financial considerations.
* Negotiate terms with underwriters to secure favourable outcomes.
* Coach colleagues on credit appraisal techniques, promoting continuous development.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
