Job description
We are looking for candidates who have:
* Strong customer service skills
* Competent user of Microsoft packages including Dynamics 365, PowerBi, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Understanding of Invoicing/Debt Recovery.
* Ability to work methodically with strong organisation skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of CRM databases and their management.
* The ability to be proactive and can work on their own initiative.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* English Language and Mathematics GCSE Level or equivalent (grades A* to C minimum)
Responsibilities:
* Daily administration of membership and subscriptions to the association.
* Working alongside our Field Sales Manager to update records and contacts
* Answering our dedicated member helpline in a friendly and professional manner, answering all questions and queries to the best of your ability.
* Build knowledge of the association, the company and our services to be able to provide accurate advice to members.
* Respond to internal and external emails in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide administration support to the team, maintaining the databases and ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
