About The Ned:

The Ned and Ned's Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

Seven years after launching The Ned London in 2017, we are proud to have opened a Ned's Club in the US capital in 2025, our fourth and newest location.

The Property:

Ned's Club Washington DC is a members' club set over three floors of a neoclassical style building situated within President's Park at 734 15th Street NW.

The Riggs Building sits opposite the US Treasury and was constructed in 1930. The 12-storey building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch.

The Club has a Rooftop Terrace and Loft Restaurant with views overlooking the White House, US Treasury and Washington Monument, plus a Founder's Dining Room, The Library, Drawing Room, Gallery and Conservatory. On level nine, there is a self-contained floor of private event spaces.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director and a dotted line to the General Manager, the Executive Chef has an essential impact on the culinary offerings and team.

In This Role You Will:

Work in close partnership with the F&B Director and General Manager to align culinary direction with brand standards and overall business objectives
Possess Multi Unit Culinary Leadership
Lead day-to-day operations for The Gallery, Kaia, Founders Dining Room, and Library Bar
Ensure each outlet has its own identity while maintaining unified brand standards across Ned's Club.
Manage menu development
Collaborate with corporate team on development of Kaia menu (London team) while creating regionally inspired menu's for the other outlets.
Uphold the Ned's aesthetic - elegant discipline in presentation and Kennedy-era design cues - in every dish and outlet
Rotate specials, spotlight seasonal ingredients, and launch culinary events that keep the member experience top-of-mind
Continuously iterate on menu offerings - chef's tables, tasting series, rotating lunch and dinner specials - to inspire return visits and social buzz
Collaborate with Programming & Membership teams on curated experiences to include wine d

E.ON I&C is a £7bn business serving ~30,000 customers and 250,000 meter points, with a clear ambition to become the UK's number one B2B energy supplier. As part of Digital Technology & Change (DT&C), this role plays a critical part in ensuring business change is adopted safely, effectively, and sustainably across I&C. This is a specialist role that bridges IT Product Teams, Operational teams, and Portfolio Strategy - helping ensure people, processes and customers are truly ready for change.

Here's what you'll be doing

You'll establish and lead a consistent, proportionate approach to business readiness across the DT&C portfolio, including:

Defining and implementing a standard Business Change Impact & Readiness Assessment (BCIA) approach
Identifying people, process, system, training and comms impacts early
Coaching Delivery Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and SMEs to frame change in business terms
Coordinating readiness activity across impacted business areas
Providing evidence-based readiness insight to influence go-live decisions
Creating portfolio-level visibility of readiness risk, change collisions and business capacity
Developing dashboards, metrics and reporting to support decision-making
Capturing lessons learned and continuously improving readiness and adoption practices
Developing supporting processes and artefacts to clarify ownership and standards
Ensuring readiness principles adapt to Product / DevOps ways of working
Working closely with the Portfolio Manager on forward planning and horizon scanning

What we need from you

Desirable:

Experience designing learning or enablement solutions
Using data, dashboards or reporting to support decisions
Building or evolving change/readiness capabilities
Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments
Tooling exposure (e.g. Power BI, Jira, Asana, Excel)
