Complex Manager

As Complex Manager, you’ll wear many hats: you’ll be a mentor, a planner, and an operator. You will be responsible for effectively running our retail and complex units on park, coaching the team, and making key decisions.

Responsibilities include...
* Achieving budgets and margins for food and beverage operations, managing stock, costs, and overheads.
* Conducting stock takes for food and bar, reporting results, and taking necessary actions.
* Recruiting, inspiring, developing, and motivating team members to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
* Managing safety in your area and across the park using our safety culture app.
* Contributing to daily park management and acting as duty manager in the absence of the General Manager.
* Holding regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports and weekly team meetings.
