* £58,270 per annum (pro rata for part time)

Your role and responsibilities
As our new Operations and Partnerships Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, person-centred services across Adult Social Care. You'll lead your locality with confidence, ensuring strong collaboration across teams and partners to improve outcomes for the people of Suffolk.
Working closely with the Head of Operations and Partnerships, you'll:
* Drive integration across health and social care systems.
* Collaborate with Area Directors, County Councillors, and health leaders to deliver joined-up, impactful services.
* Lead key projects that influence change and support continuous improvement.
* Champion innovation and service transformation within your locality and across the wider directorate.
