Independent Financial Adviser - HNW Focus
Package: Basic Salary plus bonuses and commissions - £50-55k basic with £80K+ OTE (with full paraplanning + admin support)

Are you an experienced Independent Financial Adviser ready to take your career to the next level within a boutique, client-first advisory firm? ?? Who We’re Looking For:
* Level 4 Diploma qualified Financial Adviser (Chartered status a bonus)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a holistic IFA role, ideally with HNW exposure
* Demonstrable knowledge in investments, pensions, and pensions on divorce
* Naturally confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* A professional with an existing client following and/or the drive to build one
* Able to present to and collaborate with professional introducers (matrimonial lawyers, legal networks etc.)
* Proactive, self-motivated and values exceptional client care
