Overview
Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join an exclusive catering company based in Andover. This is a full time, permanent position and the successful candidate will need to be able to work flexible hours.
Responsibilities
* Answering and actioning quotes/orders by phone or email with attention to detail.
* Producing and communicating accurate quotes to customers in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensuring emails are continually monitored.
* Producing accurate job packs for the kitchen, fully completed and communicated promptly.
* Sourcing and collection of routine shopping, and sourcing non-stock items online or from specialist suppliers as required.
* Assisting with overseeing and allocating drivers for daily deliveries.
Requirements
* Experience in an administration or customer service role.
* Flexible approach to working due to the nature of the business.
* Comfortable accessing computer systems; experience using Microsoft.
* Full clean driving licence is desirable.
Package
* 40 hours a week, this can be a variety of days across the week including weekend and some occasional early evenings.
* Core hours are 9am – 5.30pm.
* Salary of £26,000 - £27,000, negotiable depending on experience.
