Role Description
This is a full-time, self-employed position for an Auction Specialist. The principal responsibility of the role is to identify, evaluate, and secure suitable properties and vendors for sale by auction. The position requires proactive business development, cultivating strong relationships with property owners, and providing informed, strategic advice on the advantages and procedures of the auction process.
The Auction Specialist will be accountable for delivering a highly professional, client-focused service, while establishing and maintaining productive relationships with both buyers and sellers. A commitment to excellence and integrity throughout the entire auction lifecycle is essential to ensure a seamless and successful experience for all parties involved.

All successful applicants will receive comprehensive in-house training designed to maximise their understanding of the property auction sector and equip them with the tools needed to thrive in a competitive marketplace.
This is a self-employed, commission-only position, with earnings based on successful sales. The role offers uncapped commission, providing unlimited income potential for motivated and results-driven individuals.

Ideal Individuals:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
Experience in marketing, online property platforms.
Attention to detail, and organizational skills suitable for managing multiple property listings
Excellent knowledge of property markets and real estate operations, particularly in auctions
Ability to work independently and uphold professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and technology for online auctions
Prior experience in sales, property management, or real estate is an advantage
