Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their team, focusing on the implementation of their Training Management System (TMS) and the transition to paperless delivery. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth integration of the TMS and promoting efficient practices within their organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and configuration of the Training Management System.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for TMS-related issues.Support the transition to paperless delivery methods, ensuring all training materials and documentation are digitised.Monitor and report on the progress of the TMS implementation and paperless initiatives.Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TMS and paperless processes.Support with Training delivery needs as required.Key Skills
Proven experience in implementing and supporting Training Management Systems or similar software would be beneficial.Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.Excellent communication skills.Experience with digital documentation and paperless processes.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Experience working with large data sets, multiple systems and resources and effectively adapting to change.Proficient in MS applications.If you are interested please apply online or call Coyles on 01245254710.
