Now entering the next exciting phase of its journey, the business is preparing for further expansion and is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead this pivotal stage of growth.
The Opportunity
The Director of Operations will report directly to the Managing Director and be a key member of the senior leadership team. Responsible for overseeing all operational performance across the estate, this role will ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food, exceptional service, and efficient site management. The Director will lead the implementation of systems and structures that uphold the brand’s identity while enabling scalable, sustainable growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role that will combine strategic oversight with on-the-ground execution. The Director will be accountable for driving financial performance, managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving margin, all while safeguarding guest satisfaction and brand reputation. They will also play a crucial role in site expansion, team development, and the ongoing refinement of operational best practices.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a senior operations leader with extensive multi-site restaurant experience, ideally within high-quality, fast-paced dining environments. They will bring a strategic mindset, commercial focus, and a deep understanding of how to deliver exceptional food and service at scale.
A confident and collaborative people leader, the Director will have a proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams. They will be adept at balancing the creativity and authenticity of a food-led brand with the operational rigour required to drive profitability and performance. Experience with fresh food operations, complex service models, and team development will be key to success in this role.
