Overall Summary
The purpose of this role is to provide personalised assistance and information to clients, staff, and visitors at our London Head offices. Manage enquiries, offer recommendations, and ensure a safe and positive experience.
Responsibilities
* Offer a warm and professional welcome to visitors and staff
* Build a network of local contacts to provide high-quality recommendations for local facilities, services, and attractions
* Assist in coordinating client meetings
* Prepare and clear meeting rooms for clients
* Act as a first point of contact for queries and complaints
* Support the Receptionist staff
* Liaise with security, housekeeping, cleaning, and groundskeeping staff to maintain safety, security, and cleanliness standards
* Handle lost property and locate missing items
* Contribute to building maintenance by reporting faults or damages
* Oversee deliveries and sign for packages as required
Regulatory Responsibilities & Compliance
Demonstrate understanding of the relevant regulatory framework and practice effective risk management, considering client outcomes.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
* Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced front-of-house environment
* Previous experience in a front-of-house or concierge role is desirable; customer-facing experience is essential
* Willingness to undertake relevant training (e.g., Fire Warden, First Aid, DSE Assessment)
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office Suites
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks and interactions
* Understanding of security protocols and procedures
