Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting people and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Part-Time HR Administrator/Assistant to join our team and play a key role in providing day-to-day HR and administrative support. What you'll do:
* Provide general HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records and HR systems.
* Assist with recruitment processes - posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer documentation.
* Support onboarding and induction of new starters.
* Manage HR correspondence and maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Assist with absence tracking, training records, and other HR reporting.
* Support wider administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the HR function.
* Support with HR projects.
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred (HR experience preferred but not essential).
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
* A proactive, approachable, and supportive team player.
