Key Responsibilities:• Win and manage commercial new business: drive personal growth and earnings• Take ownership of an inherited book: benefit from warm client relationships• Collaborate with a strong BDE and ops team: reduce admin and boost performance• Work alongside the firm’s wealth adviser: expand client offerings during joint visits• Represent the team in a leadership-heavy office: contribute to strategic conversations
Requirements:• Proven experience in commercial insurance broking• Demonstrable success in business development and retention• Ability to lead or coordinate with operational staff• Confident in managing key client relationships across sectors
