Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver goalkeeper training sessions across the ETC and Academy age groups.
* Monitor and report development and performance; evaluate against established goals.
* Promote a positive environment for learning and development.
* Oversee all goalkeepers within ETC age groups alongside the Lead Academy Goalkeeper Coach; provide support to U14 and U16 age groups.
* Bring a practical, flexible and innovative approach to work with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience coaching in an elite level environment and within a MDT (multi-disciplinary team).
* Experience designing and implementing goalkeeper development programmes and delivering training sessions with formal monitoring and evaluation of player performance.
* A Level 2 National Goalkeeping course accreditation / national goalkeeping course is essential, with the view to work toward UEFA within 12 months.
* UEFA C coaching qualification with the view to work toward UEFA within 12 months.
* FA Level 1 IFAIF certification (Introduction to First Aid in Football) / FA Emergency First Aid is essential.
About the Club
LCFC Women were promoted to the FA Women's Super League in May 2021. The club has a history dating back to 2004 and transitioned to professional status in August 2020 as part of Leicester City’s football operation.
