Personal Assistant to MD (Construction / Property)
Wembley, NW London | Full-time | Office-based | £32,000–£37,000
Our client — a successful, family-run construction and manufacturing company based in Wembley — is looking for a proactive, highly organised Personal Assistant to support their MD.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll help manage a busy inbox and calendar, coordinate meetings, follow up on tasks across teams, and keep everything running smoothly. You’ll work closely with a close-knit team of 10 in the office.
We are looking for someone with great PA skills, a dedicated approach and an engaging and friendly manner to compliment this busy but lovely MD. Ideally you will have some experience in construction but this isn’t essential.
The role

* Manage the MD calendar, meetings, emails, and priorities
\t
* Chase and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
\t
* Prepare reports, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, presentations and internal review packs
\t
* Support day-to-day project tracking and documentation
\t
* Assist the wider team with occasional admin
You
\t
* Previous PA or admin experience (construction/property a strong advantage)
\t
* Confident in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
\t
* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable following up with others
\t
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
\t
* Able to work on-site full-time in Wembley (Parking available)
