Marketing, Events and Communications Manager
College location: East Surrey College and John Ruskin College
Salary: £49,792.38 - £51,277.51 (subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)
Hours: Monday and Friday - 8:45 - 5 pm
Orbital South Colleges is seeking an ambitious and creative Marketing, Events & Communications Manager to lead and deliver dynamic, multi-channel campaigns that drive recruitment, engagement and brand reputation across East Surrey College and John Ruskin College.
With a talented team of four behind you, you’ll bring campaigns to life that inspire the next generation of students, engage adult learners and strengthen employer partnerships. You will drive digital performance using insight and creativity to boost engagement and conversions, while shaping impactful employer events that strengthen relationships and elevate the College brand.

* Excellent use of the English language in both verbal and written communication
* Experience of content and campaign planning using a variety of media
* Line management experience
* Experience of using external suppliers for advertising, design and specialist skills
* Academic and/or professional qualification to degree level or equivalent experience
* Professional qualification (e.g. CIM) in Marketing is desirable
* Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
