National Account Manager – Foodservice / B2B

D R Newitt have partnered with a fast-growing chilled food manufacturer supplying innovative branded products into Foodservice and B2B channels.
As part of their continued growth plans, they are looking to appoint a National Account Manager to take ownership of key Foodservice & B2B accounts while also driving new business opportunities across the channel.
The successful candidate will manage existing customer relationships with wholesalers, foodservice providers and QSR chains alongside identifying and securing new commercial opportunities. This role offers full P&L responsibility and the chance to play a key role within an ambitious challenger brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop Foodservice & B2B customer accounts
* Drive new business across key channel
* Full P&L responsibility across accounts
* Build and execute customer business plans
* Lead commercial negotiations and customer investment discussions
* Deliver insight-led growth opportunities with customers
* Work cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams
* Support forecasting and commercial planning processes
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience managing Foodservice and/or B2B accounts within FMCG
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Experience delivering account growth and winning new business
* Confident managing P&Ls and customer investment
* Highly driven with a proactive and resilient mindset
* Passion for working within a fast-growing branded food business
