Candidate Profile
You should be a fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOCA, with NHS registration or health board registration. Accreditation with MECs or WECs is preferred, or willingness to gain it within 12 months. You should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, developing new patient services, and shaping department culture. You will work closely with an Optical Manager and support coaching and training activities.
