We are looking for a Project Manager – Major Projects to join our Swindon facility. This is a Fixed Term role for 18 months and is a site based position.

The Project Manager – Major Projects is an exciting opportunity as we continue to grow. As the Project Manager, the primary responsibility will be for project managing and delivering an ongoing multi-million pound (GBP) Catalent Swindon - Zydis site expansion project.
The role will be responsible for delivery of all project deliverables up to the point the project starts delivering value to the site P&L. The role will be accountable for ensuring the project is achieved on time, within budget and meets quality, regulatory and health and safety standards along with Catalent policies.
The Role:
* To project manage the facility expansion / modification
* To ensure the site is operationally ready
* Qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) of modified facility, equipment and product qualification / validation
* Ensure Quality and EH&S compliance
* Pharma regulatory approvals e.g. site license updates, MHRA, FDA etc.
* Project planning, budget management & reporting, resource planning, risk mitigation etc.
* Strategic client management e.g. progress reports, encourage collaboration with client
* Senior stakeholder management (GM, SLT, VP)
* Budget planning, spend forecasting and capex management
* To work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, IT, Regulatory, Environment, Health & Safety
* In addition, the role would have accountability for ongoing management (non-line), reporting and delivery of a portfolio of smaller tactical/strategic projects.
The Candidate:
* Experience of handling projects of similar scale (£50M plus).
* Proven experience in similar project environments.
* Experience of being single point of contact with clients, senior stakeholders etc.
* Being held accountable, making escalations and driving for resolutions.
* Experience of being able to work under challenging situations and achieve, identify and resolve complex challenging situations.
* Experience of cGMP requirements (pharma) as well as product/process qualification activities (Change Control, IQ, OQ, PQ, etc.)
* Understanding of regulatory requirements within Pharma industry e.g. FDA, MHRA requirements.
* Business acumen, commercial awareness and financial awareness.
* Proficiency in MS Project and other MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
* PMP certification or similar (e.g. AGILE etc.)
* Understanding of Lean Six Sigma (beneficial).
* BSc/MSc or BEng/Meng Chemistry/Pharmacy/Engineering.
* Project Management certification PMP or similar.
* Lean Six Sigma certifications.
