IKEA Milton Keynes is looking to welcome a Visual Merchandiser to their team.
A Visual Merchandiser at IKEA designs and maintains attractive product displays, implements store layout plans, collaborates on merchandising strategies, and stays updated on home furnishing trends.
What We Offer
* Start date: 7th June 2025
* Starting salary of £27,772 based on competence and experience
* 39 hours, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, including working every 7th weekend. Shifts between 6.30am - 3.00pm. We can discuss flexibility during the interview.

What You Need to Have
* Degree/experience in a relevant creative field
* Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (preferred)
* Passion for home furnishings, design, and understanding how people live
* Hands-on approach, comfortable working with hand tools and at heights
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Use visual merchandising skills to enhance the IKEA identity through store layout, range presentation, and vitality
* Understand the local market to plan and implement relevant, inspiring, and affordable range presentation solutions
* Collaborate with communication & interior design teams and other functions to exploit commercial opportunities
* Implement range changes in line with the commercial calendar
