Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Channel Islands : Guernsey, Jersey or Isle of Man
(Open for candidates from the UK willing to relocate)
Salary and Benefits :
Base Salary £60k-£65k+ up to 10% discretionary bonus
· 25 Days + UK Bank Holidays

You’ll play a key role in shaping our culture, driving people initiatives, and ensuring compliance while fostering an engaging and supportive workplace.
What you’ll do
* Partner with leaders on performance, employee relations, and engagement
* Oversee HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, absence, Employee Relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, Policy development & implementation, Mediation & facilitation, and compliance
* Support the delivery of the People Plan to attract, develop, and retain talent
* Provide insights through HR data and reporting
* Building trust & credibility, Organisational effectiveness.
* Workplace relations, Employment relations, Staff relations & Employee engagement
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the business
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years’ HR experience, ideally across multiple regions
* CIPD qualified (essential)-Level 5 or above
* Strong HR legislation knowledge (UK + Crown Dependencies desirable)
* Skilled at balancing operational HR with strategic partnership
* Collaborative, approachable, and solutions-focused with strong employee relations skills
