About the job Structural Revit Technician
A Structural Technician is required by a busy, Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy in Worcestershire. This role is the ideal position a Structural Technician who has ideally gained some or a lot of structuralRevit experience and who is looking to purely work with the Revit software as their main application. All levels of Revit expertise can be considered.
My Client predominantly runs from the Revit software for their Technical input into their structural engineering projects which is perfect for someone who is looking for a greater percentage of work on the Revit application.
With an existing team of highly skilled and experiencedStructural Engineers and Revit / BIMTechnicians in place you will be joining a busy, motivated and organised team of professionals who take great pride in the delivery of structural engineering schemes for Clients set across the building construction sector.
Applicants will beexperienced in the production of structural drawings and in the completion of drawingpackages with ideally:
* Some, if not more,technical abilities in Revit (all levels of experience can be considered from CAD / Revit combined expertise to pure Revit experience)
* Able toproduce full structural drawing packages for projects: plans,GAs, sections, elevations, layouts, detailed drawings
* Abilities in both CAD and Revit
* Experienced in all common building materials ideally
* Is a good communicator and team player as this is a very sociable and friendly team of professionals
For those who are not consistently using Revit and are looking to further develop these skills then anopportunity to be furthertrained and mentored on the software can be provided for the right person. Salary offered will be commensurate with Revit skills and expertise.
The Client will encourage you to develop your skills and advance as a Structural Technician and will provide the required support / training and development to enable you to do so.
Onsite parking is available as well as being within easy reach of motorways and walking distance of the local train station.
Please note: The salary provided is a salary guide only and is to cater for all levels of Revit expertise. Salary will be discussed on an individual basis and commensurate with the level of skills evidenced in interview.
