Job Description
This role involves being the main contact for key stakeholders, communicating the value proposition, and executing the infield brand strategy. Develop customer relationships and maximize opportunities based on strategic account plans.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Selling and Relationship Management:
o Drive sales by engaging target healthcare professionals across channels, using content and multiple engagement methods.
o Develop SMART pre-call objectives aligned with territory plans and brand strategy.
o Handle objections effectively, ensuring clear calls to action in sales interactions.
o Educate medical providers and healthcare decision-makers.
o Identify and develop disease state experts to build advocacy.
2. Market Intelligence:
o Organize and manage stakeholder meetings.
o Differentially position AbbVie's value to physicians and stakeholders.
o Communicate effectively, adapting style based on customer insights.
3. Clinical and Market Knowledge Development:
o Deep understanding of the product within the NHS healthcare economy.
o Navigate NHS ecosystem barriers and identify collaborative opportunities.
o Share best practices and develop growth plans.
o Maintain expertise in disease, product, market, and competition.
o Understand the multi-stakeholder environment.
4. Territory Management:
o Analyze sales reports and field intelligence to adapt territory plans.
o Collaborate with medical colleagues to support customer needs and regional programs.
o Develop and execute a business plan aligned with brand strategy.
o Target resources effectively to maximize sales.
o Adhere to compliance standards.
Qualifications
* Proven success in pharmaceutical sales.
* Excellent relationship-building skills.

* Strategic thinking and data analytics skills.
* Experience in Immunology or specialty care is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong engagement skills, capable of remote and in-person interactions.
