Manpower Driving and Logistics are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our national clients. We have an existing vacancy for a part time Transport Administrator in Immingham.
The role will include -
1. Processing payroll by cross checking tachograph records
2. Stock control and ordering PPE and office stationary
3. Raising PO numbers for invoices
4. Filing defect notes, pre-start checklists and other paperwork
5. Assisting with driver queries
Candidate requirements -
6. will need to have a good telephone manner
7. experience completing general admin duties
8. computer literate with a good attention to detail
9. Good communicator who will enjoy speaking to the drivers
10. Ideally some experience in a transport related role
The hours of work will be 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, either 12pm - 4pm or 1pm - 5pm.
This position is an immediate start and is an ongoing role.
