Seasonal Pool Manager (May - October) We have an exciting temporary role at available Beaverbrook, as Pool Manager. If you have experience leading a team, creating unforgettable moments for guests, and going above and beyond to raise standards, then this could be the role for you! What’s the role about? Managing the outdoor facilities, from our Lido Bar, Sun Loungers to our Swimming Pool. You will ensure that the team are trained to deliver and drive personalised and anticipatory service. Managing the seamless delivery of outstanding poolside service with creative cocktails, small dishes and other requests to enhance their experience. Ensuring our members and guests receive the very best experience, that they can’t wait to return. Who you are An individual who thrives to deliver incredible guest experience. Proven experience of working within 5* luxury hospitality. Experience of leading, training and motivating a team. Has an eye for detail, efficient and anticipants our guests requirements. Pro-active team player who is willing to roll up sleeves to support the team. Shift Pattern This position will consist of 40 hours per week, working any 5 out of 7 days. The contract type of this role is fixed term for 5-months.
