About the Role:
You ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where children aged 8 17 can thrive. With your leadership, you ll empower staff and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are delivered.

About You:
* Experienced in children s residential care, with a strong understanding of safeguarding
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
* Confident in leading a team and managing Ofsted inspections
