Overview
Senior Designer (Beauty and Luxury) – London studio. You will bring sharp creative instincts, love for storytelling through design, and craft to bring big brand ideas to life for beauty and luxury clients, from household names to emerging innovators. You will be hands-on from concept to execution, elevating visual worlds across packaging, digital, and campaigns.
You’ll collaborate with strategists, writers, and motion designers to create brand identities, visual systems, and campaigns that stand out across multiple channels. Responsibilities
* Work with a diverse portfolio of leading beauty brands and luxury clients to shape visual worlds for mass-market skincare, haircare, premium fragrance, and personal care.
* Lead design from concept through execution, delivering bold thinking and meticulous detail on briefs.
* Collaborate with strategists, writers, and motion designers to create brand identities, visual systems, and campaigns for packaging, digital, and communications.
* Develop design concepts that move people and elevate brand presence in competitive markets.
About you
* You’re a designer with vision, versatility, and serious craft.
* You have a portfolio with smart ideas and standout work across brand identity, packaging, digital, and communications, ideally with beauty or luxury brands with broad consumer reach.
* You know how to translate complex brand challenges into bold, clear, and beautiful design.
* You enjoy collaboration, bring a positive, proactive energy, and are confident with clients and pitches while open to input.
* Bonus points for experience with high-volume consumer goods or aspirational brands; overall, you are curious, conceptual, and ready to own and push boundaries to make impactful work.
