The role
is for you if:
1. you have a working knowledge of private equity structures, audit processes, and independence regulations (FRC, SEC, GIP, etc.).
2. you have proven analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and manage detailed information accurately.
3. you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to deliver clear, sometimes challenging messages and interact effectively at all levels.
4. you have strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, support, and empathize with client-facing practitioners.
5. you are a conscientious, ambitious team player, demonstrating strong self-management and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, changing environment.
6. you have experience in coaching and supporting colleagues, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and strong people management capabilities.
