We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager specialising in organic social. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance our clients’ online presence, engagement and content across various social media platforms.

The role is full time remote, however on occasion your attendance may be required at in-person client meetings, content capture and events.
Depending on your location there also are opportunities to work collaboratively in person with other members of the team on a regular basis.
OPPORTUNITY
The Account Manager - Organic Social role is heavily focused on a strategic approach to client projects, as well as working with and managing the team to create, drive and deliver organic social marketing campaigns. The candidate needs to be proactive in their account management style, easily building rapport with the client and consistently delivering above and beyond.
The successful candidate will also help build Pepper’s social authority as an agency across core channels.
OUTCOMES
To be successful in this role will require a passion for social media, emerging trends and content creation. You will be fully immersed into internet culture having experience of working across core channels like TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
YOUR ROLE
* You will be our social media superstar who is up to date with the latest trends, tools and best practices in the industry.
* You will have fluency in the majority of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X / Twitter, Twitch, Facebook, Pinterest etc)
* You will understand how to use social analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Instagram Insights, TikTok Insights, YouTube insights, etc.
* You will be able to create, curate and schedule social content that resonates with multiple audiences
* Leading creative and strategic ideas sessions
* Community management will be second nature and you will have experience in nurturing audiences across social.
* Preparation, completion, and maintenance of internal and client-facing Media Plans and Proposals on Google Slides. Preparation of client and supplier facing documents.
* You will manage the conception and execution of creative and engaging UGC marketing campaigns.
* You will be a strong and friendly communicator, and can handle day-to-day communications with clients, write email updates, host update calls, present ideas, and deliver reports.
* You feel confident going into a room on your own and presenting results/strategy.
* You will spot opportunities for the company to upsell other marketing streams, to benefit your client’s business.
* You will continuously evaluate performance, optimise your campaigns and keep clients up to date with results as necessary, taking a proactive approach.
* You will be able to compile, maintain, and analyse accurate, transparent, and insightful campaign reports.
* After 12 months you should be:
* Successfully delivering organic social campaigns across our core clients and Peppers channels.
* Instrumental in converting at least 3 clients into repeat customers.
* Confidently hosting client pitches, presentations, and calls.
* Confidently hosting post-campaign analysis and reporting sessions independently with clients.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* 2 years previous experience working in an agency or brand environment.
* Minimum 1 year of social media management experience
* Knowledge of content creation tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and in-platform editing apps
* A solid understanding of how social platforms and their algorithms work.
* Excellent client-facing skills.
