Were looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Support Chef to join our busy team within a client office space in Central London.
This is a hands-on, varied role supporting all areas of the kitchen, from goods receiving and food preparation to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and organisation.

About the Role
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6.30am - 3.00pm with flexibility
Receive, check, and store all deliveries accurately, ensuring temperature and quality control.
Support the kitchen team with daily food preparation and mise en place.
Assist chefs during service with plating, replenishment, and cleaning as required.
Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and organisation in line with food safety standards.
Carry out daily cleaning duties and ensure all equipment and storage areas are sanitised and safe.
Work collaboratively with the Chef's and wider team to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
About you
Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment (goods receiving, prep, or kitchen porter roles).
Understanding of basic food safety and HACCP.
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and support across different kitchen areas.
