Support Worker – Full Time (Permanent)
Location: Ponteland
Expected Hours: 156 per 4 weeks

About Me:
I'm a 30-year-old man living with Cerebral Palsy, which affects all four limbs and my trunk. I use a wheelchair full time and communicate using a device. I'm passionate about live sports, concerts, hitting the gym, socialising, and meeting new people – all with a good laugh along the way
About the Role:
You'll play an important role in supporting my day-to-day life, which includes:
* Full personal care
* Cooking meals
* Keeping my home clean and tidy
* Helping with bookings, appointments, and daily planning
* Driving me to and from activities and events (UK & international travel may be required)
What I'm Looking For:
* A confident driver with a clean UK driving licence (essential – I have a large accessible vehicle)
* Someone with at least 2 years of support work experience
* A flexible and motivated team player
* Someone outgoing, reliable, and fun to be around
* Must be comfortable staying away from home occasionally (e.g., weekend trips or holidays)

Requirements:
* Support Worker: 2 years (required)
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
* Confident English speaker (English as your first language required)
* Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Ponteland
* Clean UK Driving Licence (required)
* Must be flexible to cover shifts for sickness and holidays
