The Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our project. We are looking for someone who:
* Is a recognized Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness focused on profit and cash management.
* Has prior experience with CM projects and managing various commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
* Is keen to minimize risk and maximize value through cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.
* Brings broad construction industry experience across various sectors and markets in commercial positions with main contracting organizations.
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess:
* Extensive knowledge in managing multi-million-pound packages on major projects.
* Experience working with NEC forms of contract.
* Pre-contract through to post-contract experience.
* Large-scale project and construction management experience.
* A strategic mindset, capable of analyzing data and guiding the business's direction.
* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
