Tendering Manager – Sales Support (Contract)
Lincoln, UK | 6–12 month rolling contract | Inside IR35 (Umbrella Rate)
We’re hiring a Tendering Manager to join a global engineering organisation’s Sales Support team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality tenders and quotations to support aftermarket/service operations.
What you’ll do
* Build and manage tenders for spares & overhaul projects
* Act as key contact for assigned customers/regions
* Handle bid-stage communication, negotiations & commercial discussions
* Ensure accurate PO booking & contract compliance
* Collaborate with Sales & Commercial teams to resolve issues
What we’re looking for
* Experience in Tendering / Bid Management
* Strong commercial & financial awareness
* Confident negotiator with problem-solving mindset
* SAP & Salesforce knowledge (desirable)
* Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Understanding of global trade/customs
