The Role As the Fire & Security Service Manager, you’ll oversee a team of engineers delivering planned and reactive maintenance across Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder, Access Control and associated life-safety systems. You’ll be the driving force behind service performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service engineers across Fire & Security disciplines
2. Manage day-to-day service operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard
