A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join its People and Culture Shared Services team. This is a hands:on, high:impact role responsible for delivering a compliant, efficient, and end:to:end recruitment service that supports high:volume hiring across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic needs assessment and role design through to onboarding and offer management.
: Ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation, including Equality Act, Right to Work, GDPR, and internal governance processes.
: Maintain data accuracy across HR and payroll systems, ensuring seamless flow of new starter information.
: Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning, succession considerations, and build:vs:buy talent decisions.
: Develop talent pools and long:term sourcing strategies to meet future workforce needs.
: Produce accurate recruitment analytics and reports for leadership and board:level review.
: Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost:effective sourcing.
About You:
: Minimum 3 years' experience in an in:house recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR role with strong recruitment focus.
: Solid understanding of UK employment law and recruitment compliance.
: Confident managing high:volume recruitment with strong ATS and HRIS experience.
: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
: CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) required
